How To Make $10k Per Month

Are you looking for a way to earn $10,000 or more a month on a consistent basis?

This isn’t a gimmick or some kind of scam. I wouldn’t even say that it’s easy. Well, for some folks it will be. But for others, nope.

There’s a package I recently got to review that talks about how to make $10k in a weekend. Technically, that’s true. If you’re fairly aggressive, you can do that every month. And you can probably even earn more than that.

If you’re a REAL GO-GETTER, like someone who can build a small team and manage several projects at once, you can EASILY make two- to five-times that every month.

What I’m talking about is a newly released package that’s basically a complete turn-key “business in a box”. The “business” in this case is a one- or two-day seminar that educates small business owners in ways to promote their business online. This package shows you everything, from soup to nuts, how to set up these seminars. And if you charge the recommended $997/day for attendees, 20 paid attendees will gross you around $20k. Even if your expenses are 50%, that leaves you with $10k net profits!

You might be wondering why this is a big deal. Ok, consider this. First off, recent surveys have shown that over 80% of all product or service searches begin online today. That is, eight out of ten people are more likely to fire up Google or Yahoo and search for something than they are to open the Yellow Pages. Just ask ten of your friends and see what THEY say.

Here’s the catch — fewer than 5% of all businesses advertise on the internet. And when you exclude a few of the largest advertisers, that number drops to under 1% of all small mom-and-pop businesses.

That doesn’t mean they don’t advertise. Nosiree! In fact, the average business today spends 25%-35% of their gross revenues on marketing and advertising. Here are the most common advertising expenses small businesses have:

  • Newspaper advertising
  • Flyers
  • Sponsorships, like Little League
  • Radio ads
  • TV ads

What are they NOT doing?

  • Running Pay-Per-Click ads
  • Running Banner ads
  • Selling anything online
  • Publishing a newsletter
  • Engaging their existing customers afterwards

Ever been in a restaurant that has a fish-bowl where they invite people to drop in their business cards for a free meal drawing? Sure you have! But, have you ever asked them what they do with those cards afterwards? I’ve always gotten one of three responses:

  • a blank stare, usually followed by a shrug and “uh, I dunno”
  • “Oh, we throw them away”
  • “We just leave them there”

Statistics have shown that it costs anywhere from 3x to 10x more to acquire NEW customers than to make a sale to existing customers. In fact, I’ve seen studies that show that for a brick-and-mortar businesses, every name on their mailing list is worth $27 per month when marketed to properly. The funny thing is, you’d be hard-pressed to find ANY businesses that maintain a mailing list. And of those that do, most NEVER send out a mailing.

The truth is, most small business owners are just too darned busy working IN their business that they have very little time left to work ON their business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Last year, two enterprising young ladies named Jamie Mintun and Rachel Rofe, began compiling material that they found they were teaching to their business clients over and over. After a while, they realized it was too inefficient to keep doing this one-on-one, so they decided to put it together as a one-day seminar.

The material itself actually fills around 12 hours, so it can easily be split over two days.

And rather than charging a few thousand dollars in consulting fees, they now charge only $997 per person for the whole affair.

They’ve been buried in presenting these seminars. So the decided to publish their material and sell it to anybody who’d like to duplicate their efforts. This isn’t any kind of franchise or MLM. It’s a bona fide turn-key business opportunity that you can manage right from your kitchen table. It literally includes every single thing you can possible think of to produce your own seminar. And I mean EVERYTHING!

Just so you know, this is delivered as a completely digital product, so you’re not paying an inflated price for a box full of heavy printed manuals, disks, and stuff that you may never use. You can and should print out SOME of the material just to have it in a notebook. The point is, it’s not a $5000 course. No, it’s WAY cheaper than that! Although I’ve seen materials that delivered far less but sold for way more.

I’ve had a chance to look over this material in depth, and I’ll probably be using it to produce my own local seminars. It’s a seriously good deal! Check it out today!
